Eventodesk provides event rental website software. Businesses control their own public content, legal review, policies, pricing, availability, deposit or booking links, and customer communications.

This Privacy Policy explains how Eventodesk handles information for eventodesk.com, the Eventodesk dashboard, support workflows, customer website hosting, public forms, billing workflows, help content, custom-domain tooling, and related services.
1. Information Eventodesk may collect
Eventodesk may collect account information, business profile information, dashboard settings, template choices, media files and metadata, quote or contact form submissions, support tickets and attachments, billing identifiers, subscription status, audit logs, login and security records, custom-domain settings, nameserver verification data, help-center usage, device and browser information, IP addresses, approximate location from technical data, and communications with Eventodesk.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Eventodesk uses essential cookies and similar browser storage for login sessions, CSRF protection, security, form handling, preferences, and abuse prevention. Protected public forms may load Google reCAPTCHA when configured, and Google may process information according to its own terms and privacy practices. Eventodesk does not currently place advertising pixels in this codebase. If analytics, advertising, or optional tracking tools are added later, the public notice should be updated before launch.
3. How Eventodesk uses information
Eventodesk uses information to provide the dashboard, render customer websites, process public form submissions, route support requests, send service notifications, support billing workflows, verify domains, maintain security, detect spam or abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, improve product quality, perform backups, satisfy legal obligations, and enforce platform terms.
4. Service providers and disclosures
Eventodesk may use third-party providers for hosting, email, billing, support, security, analytics if configured, DNS, SSL, translation, spam protection, reCAPTCHA, storage, backups, and operations. Eventodesk may disclose information when needed to operate the service, comply with law, respond to legal requests, prevent harm, enforce terms, investigate abuse, protect rights and security, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.
5. Customer websites and public form submissions
Eventodesk customers are responsible for their own public website privacy notices, public form wording, customer communications, payment-provider practices, consent practices, data exports, and use of personal information collected from event customers, leads, or website visitors. Eventodesk processes customer website information to provide the service to the business.
6. Selling personal information
Eventodesk does not sell public form submissions as a data broker. Eventodesk does not knowingly sell personal information of children.
7. Retention and security
Eventodesk may retain service records for security, billing, compliance, support, abuse prevention, backup, audit, operational, and legal purposes. Eventodesk uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices
Account holders may contact Eventodesk support with questions about access, correction, deletion, export, or account closure, subject to legal, security, billing, backup, audit, and operational retention requirements. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some platform and form features may not work without essential cookies.
9. Children's privacy
Eventodesk is a business software platform and is not directed to children under 13. Customer websites may serve family-event businesses, but businesses should not intentionally collect children's personal information through public forms unless they have appropriate legal authority and notices.
